Detailed Itinerary by days

Day 1
Marina Eivissa - Santa Eulària des Riu

Away from Ibiza's glitzy core, where mediaeval walls tell legends of Phoenician traders, Sail east toward Santa Eulària, where the sole river of the island brushes the sea. Snorkel over posidonia meadows from Cala Martina, a pine-fringed cove. Ashore, ascend to the mountain Puig de Missa at sunset; the whitewashed chapel there shines like a lighthouse. Dine at Es Trull de Ca Palai, where across the island bullit de peix (fish stew) simmers in clay pots older than the DJs.

Day 2
Santa Eulària - Portinatx

Follow the Tramuntana air north to Portinatx, where cliffs sink into water bluer than a Picasso palette. Kayak to the Xarraca Tower, a 16th-century pirate lookout, from S'Arenal Gros, a crescent of golden sand embraced by dunes. Join residents at Restaurante S’Espartar for grilled squid and hierbas ibicencas at evening, the herbal liqueur burning your throat like a stolen kiss.

Day 3
Portinatx - Sant Antoni de Portmany

Sail southwest toward Sant Antoni, where religion is based on sunset. Moor close to the Sunset Strip, but paddleboarding to Cala Salada, a secret cove where rocks glow terracotta at evening let you avoid the throngs. After hiking to Cap Nunó for views of Conillera Island, dance barefoot at Café del Mar as the sun fades into the sea, house beats synchronizing with the waves.

Day 4
Sant Antoni - Cala Vedella

Slide south to Cala Vedella, a secluded oasis where the sea shimmers like liquid glass. Snorkel under underwater arches, then claim a sunbed at El Chiringuito; their paella de marigo was in pots larger than steering wheels. Sail to Es Vedrà, the magical rock where sirens (and Instagrammers) lose their senses under star-strewn sky as night sets.

Day 5
Cala Vedella - Platja de ses Salines

Track the salt-scented breeze to Ses Salines, the southern gem of Ibiza. Anchor close to the salt flats populated with flamingos and go to Sa Trinxa, a bohemian beach bar where DJs spin vinyl beneath tamarind trees. Search for sea glass at Cavallet Beach; afterward, feast on the famed bullit de peix; reservations are essential, but humility is optional.

Day 6
Ses Salines - Puerto Formentera

Cross the Freus Strait to Formentera, where the sea turns into unimaginable blues. From La Savina, then pedal the pancake-flat paths to Ses Illetes, a sandbar so white it blinds. Lunch at Juan y Andrea, toes in the beach, snacking locally like sea cucumbers, espardeñas. Cap the day seeing the La Mola lighthouse color the horizon scarlet.

Day 7
Formentera - Eivissa

Sail home via Espalmador, a private islet where mud baths transform you into a bronzed god. For a last dip, explore the honey-hued cliffs of Cala Saona; then, rush the sunset back to Ibiza. At Lío, toast with hierbas; in Ibiza, the celebration nearly never ends. Dock at Marina Botafoch, where the superyachts glow like alien ships.
