Detailed Itinerary by days
Day 1Sitges - Garraf
Start in Sitges, where modernism and sun-bleached houses define the mood. Sail north to Garraf, a crescent of peace under the tough heights of the Serra de l'Home Mort. Anchor amid the shadow of a bodega from the 19th century, its wine caverns now mutter stories of smugglers. Once you climb the lunar-like limestone paths of Garraf Natural Park, savor suquet de peix (fisherman's stew) at Can Toni, where the catch arrives still shining. See how the lights of the marina reflect the stars above as evening falls.

Day 2Garraf - Castelldefels
Glide by the Delta del Llobregat, where flamingos walk across salt marshes. Dock in Castelldefels; its golden Platja de Castelldefels opens like a silk ribbon. Cycle to the high Castell de Fels, a 10th-century fortification with views of Barcelona's cityscape slinking toward horizon. After cool-off in the mild surf, eat at Restaurant Voramar; their arròs negre, squid ink rice, stains fingers and lips midnight-black.

Day 3Castelldefels - Barcelona
Sail into the beating core of Barcelona, Gaudí's dream spires dominated the skyline. Moor at Port Vell then lose yourself in the maze of the Gothic Quarter—snacking on bombas (potato croquettes) from La Cova Fumada, a hole-in-the-wall born in 1944. After riding by Frank Gehry's golden fish sculpture at Port Olímpic, celebrate with cava from a rooftop bar as the city's lights spark like a thousand fireflies.

Day 4Barcelona - Badalona
Leave the hubbub of the city for Badalona's salt-kissed simplicity. Anchor close to a pier-turned-symbol where residents dive for sea urchins, Platja del Pont del Petroli. See the Roman Baths Museum then accompany abuelas in the Mercat Municipal haggling over ruby-red prawns. Dine at Can Xim, where tomato sweet as Catalan summer explodes in esqueixada, or salt cod salad.

Day 5Badalona - El Masnou
To get to El Masnou, a sailor's community where rainbow coil fishing nets dry, sail past Montgat's watchtower. Following snorkel the Illes Costes, rocky islets high in bream, then cycle the Camí de Ronda coastal route to Premià de Mar. Eat devour fideuà, seafood noodles, at El Racó de la Mar, the soothing movement of the harbor your music at night.

Day 6El Masnou - Mataró
Keep north to Mataró, a mix of salty marine appeal and Modernist design. Start in Port de Mataró and then tour the Gaudí-inspired treasure Casa Coll i Regàs. Hunt for jewels during the weekly Mercat de Mataró or swim at Platja del Callao, a crescent of golden sand. At a harborside bar, toast the day with vermút and esqueixada, salt fish salad, the sky streaked with coral and rose.

Day 7Mataró - Barcelona
Sail from Mataró, location of Gaudí's first commission, the Casa Bassols back to Barcelona's bustle on your last day. Stop to swim at Platja de la Barceloneta, where city energy crashes like waves. Then continue south to Sitges, where the skyline contracts as you glide past Garraf's cliffs one more time. Dock as the sun stains Carrer de Sant Pere gold; complete your journey with xató (bitter green salad) and a carafe of vi ranci at El Vivero, the sea's pulse still throbbing in your veins.
