Ways onto the team.

Join a team that lives yachting. We match guests with the right boat, the right crew, and the right route. If you love the sea, speak multiple languages, and deliver great service, we want to meet you. Our home base is in Split, with seasonal positions across Croatia, Greece, Italy, Spain, Türkiye and the Caribbean.

01 · Open role

Charter Broker, Remote or Split

What you do
  • You sit on the desk that quotes our six cruising grounds — Croatia, Greece, Italy, Spain, Türkiye, Caribbean. A typical week runs from a first-time family asking about Sukošan in June to a returning client moving a Sardinia booking into Corsica because the meltemi closed the original plan. You write the shortlist, run the partner side, hold the boat, sign the contract.
What you need
  • Year-round role, Split office or fully remote with two on-site weeks per quarter
  • Fluent English plus Italian, German or French; Greek a plus
  • Sales or travel-trade background with a quota you actually hit
  • On-call rotation across April–October weekends
02 · Open role

Booking Agent, Split

What you do
  • You are the air-traffic controller behind the brokers. Holds, option deadlines, contract revisions, APA reconciliation, partner invoices across Nausys, MMK and a dozen direct fleets. The brokers move fast and break things on a Friday afternoon; your job is making sure nothing falls between Booking Manager and the partner Excel.
What you need
  • Year-round, Split office, Monday–Friday with peak-season Saturday rota
  • Solid English plus one of Italian, German, French
  • CRM and spreadsheet fluency; bookkeeping basics welcome
  • Calm temperament — the desk turns into a phone storm in May
03 · Open role

Digital Content Specialist, Remote or Split

What you do
  • You write the destination pages, boat descriptions and itinerary route guides that fill the six Boat4You sister-sites plus Europe Yachts. Long form, sailor voice, no AI patterns. You also push schema markup, internal linking and the slow grind of keyword consolidation that moves us up the SERP one month at a time.
What you need
  • Year-round, remote or Split office, flexible hours
  • Five published long-form samples (sailing or travel) on first contact
  • Comfort with WordPress, basic HTML, and a JSON-LD object
  • You have actually been on a charter — bonus if you can write the wind shift, not just the brochure line
04 · Open role

Base Coordinator, Split or Dubrovnik

What you do
  • You are the face our clients meet at check-in. Saturdays in Split, Trogir, Sukošan or Dubrovnik depending on where the bookings land that week. You greet guests, walk the dock with the partner base manager, sort the security deposit paperwork, and handle the surprise (lost passport, late flight, broken instrument) before it reaches the broker.
What you need
  • Seasonal April–October, possible year-round transition based on performance
  • English plus one of German, Italian or French
  • B driving licence and willingness to move between three marinas
  • Saturday-Sunday work is non-negotiable in season
05 · Open role

Skipper, Med and Caribbean

What you do
  • You take the boat from check-in to check-out. Bareboat charters where the client signed up for a skipper, owner-yacht movements between bases, occasional delivery legs. The work is split across the Adriatic in May–July, the Bay of Naples and Sardinia in July–August, and the BVI from December.
What you need
  • Seasonal contracts with the option of multi-region rotation across April–April
  • Skipper licence accepted by the cruising-ground authority plus current VHF
  • Two seasons of charter skippering with reachable references
  • Calm under pressure, service mindset, no cabin politics
06 · Open role

Hostess or Chef, Med and Caribbean

What you do
  • You run the galley and the guest experience on our crewed and luxury programmes. Menus designed around the route, provisioning that lands at the marina the morning of embarkation, table service that does not interrupt the conversation. The cruising grounds rotate the same way the skippers do.
What you need
  • Seasonal with multi-region option, contract per booking or per month
  • Provable hospitality background — yacht, villa, or fine-dining
  • Food-safety certificate, allergen awareness, dietary-restriction fluency
  • English plus one Mediterranean language; Croatian or Greek welcomed
07 · Open role

Yacht Technician, Split

What you do
  • You keep the owner-managed fleet running through the season. Weekly checks on engines, electronics, watermakers, sanitation, rigging, and the dinghy. The fault calls come in on Saturday turnaround — you fix what you can before the next charter casts off and you negotiate the partner-base intervention for the rest.
What you need
  • Year-round, Split base with travel to Trogir and Sukošan
  • Marine electrical or mechanical background, ideally manufacturer-trained
  • Clean driving licence and tooling you can use without supervision
  • Comfortable on Saturdays — that is the busiest day
08 · Open role

Photographer and Videographer, Project Based

What you do
  • You produce the visuals that sell. New owner-yacht onboardings get a one-day shoot — stills for the brochure, a 60-second sail reel, drone where the airspace allows. Plus seasonal route content out of two or three bases per region for the destination pages.
What you need
  • Project-based, paid per shoot or per day
  • Marine portfolio on first contact — no excuses, the yacht moves
  • Own drone (Part 107 or local equivalent), own underwater rig welcome
  • Edit turnaround under five business days from the boat
— What you get

More than a season job.

  • Fair pay and clear bonuses
  • Training and growth plans
  • Modern tools and real responsibility
  • A friendly team and respectful culture
