Detailed Itinerary by days
Day 1Palma de Mallorca - El Toro
Start in the colorful heart of Palma, where Gothic spires create shadows above busy markets. Sail southwest from the hum of the city to El Toro's peaceful hug. Anchor in a remote bay where water so pure meets pine-clad rocks to reflect the heavens. Wander the slumbering marina and enjoy arròs brut (muddy rice) at a riverside chinguito; the saffron and rabbit stew of island customs whispers here. Watch the lanterns of fishermen flickering like fireflies on the horizon as evening paints the sky.

Day 2El Toro - Port de Sóller
Follow the morning breeze north along the rocky spine of Serra de Tramuntana. Dock in a horseshoe bay surrounded by citrus trees at Port de Sóller. After riding the old wooden tram to Sóller's cobblestone plaza, climb to Sa Foradada, a cliff cut open by a natural window where the sun sets in a brilliant gold blaze. Feast on local fish, llampuga, at Sa Cova, where the catch comes straight from the daily haul.

Day 3Port de Sóller - Port de Pollença
Sail by Cap of Formentor, its limestone cliffs resembling straight cathedral walls. Moor in the turquoise harbor of Port de Pollença, where a promenade of palms moves in time with café conversation. Explore the silk-white sand at Platja de Formentor, then pedal the Pine Walk stopping to drink almond horchata under century-old trees. Join residents at Stay Restaurant for suckling pig slow-roasted over almond wood as stars start to show up.

Day 4Port de Pollença - Alcúdia
Glide east to Alcúdia, where labyrinth of artisan stores is encased in medieval walls. Climb the Roman Pollentia remains, then immerse yourself in the Tuesday market, its kiosks bursting with leather sandals and fist-sized peaches. After swimming in the shallow warmth of Platja d'Alcúdia, eat tumbet, a tiered vegetable pie, in a patio draped with fairy lights.

Day 5Alcúdia - Colonia de Sant Pere
Sail south to the peaceful town of Colonia de Sant Pere, where time stretches to the pulse of the sea. Kayak to Cala Mitjana, a secret cove with beach comb for sea-worn glass. See the Badia d'Alcúdia from the Artà Peninsula; then, relax in Sa Sinia and savor caldereta de langosta, or lobster stew, as waves lap the shore.

Day 6Colonia de Sant Pere - Porto Cristo
Southeast coast to Porto Cristo, where subterranean rivers sculpted cathedral-like chambers. float in a boat across the echoing darkness of the caverns, lighted just by the beautiful sounds of a quartet. Emerge blinking at sunshine and sink into the blue embrace of Cala Anguila. Dine at Celler Sa Premsa with silky binissalem wine and their sobrassada, spicy sausage.

Day 7Porto Cristo - Ca’n Pastilla
Skim past the secluded beaches of Cala Vinyes for your last sail, then dive one more time into warm bathwater. Stop in Ca'n Pastilla to walk the golden stretch of Platja de Palma, then head back to Palma as the rose window of the church comes on in sunset colors. At Ca'n Joan de S'Aigo, toast with ensaimada pastries; their sugar-dusted swirls bid Mallorca goodnight.
