You plan the days with the captain: the route, the swim stops and where to spend each night, as the weather allows.
The crew comes with the yacht from her charter operator, not from Europe Yachts, so the operator decides how many crew members are on board and what else they look after — meals, cabins, service on deck. It depends on what the yacht's charter operator offers. Some operators sell half or full board, some stock the galley from your shopping list, and on larger crewed yachts an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is common: a deposit the captain draws on for food, drinks, fuel and harbour fees, accounted for at the end of the charter.
