Gulet · Hemera
Hemera is a Gulet built in 1996, registered as an 18-berth gulet among the charter yachts we offer in Europe. Length overall is 28 m (91.9 ft), with the home base at Zante | Zakynthos. She is chartered with her own skipper and crew, so the boat handling stays in professional hands and her size goes into living space — enough volume on deck and in the saloon for the full guest list, with a crew that knows how she handles in the Greek seas’ typical summer winds.
The interior is laid out across 9 cabins and 9 heads, for up to 18 people on board. Whether linens, towels and a start-pack of galley essentials are included in the charter rate or charged at the base varies by boat, and we confirm it before you book. The operator also handles the inventory check on hand-over, so you can move provisioning to the top of your first morning rather than your departure afternoon.
On board you will also find outside speakers, water toys, stand-up paddle, flat screen TV, snorkel sets, kayak, and audio system. From her home marina, a week's sailing takes in Lefkada, Meganisi, Kefalonia and Ithaca in the inner Ionian. Europe Yachts looks after the booking end-to-end — from first inquiry through check-out — with a 72-hour free-cancellation window standard on every reservation. We stay reachable in your language and timezone, whether you’re booking solo or coordinating logistics for a larger group.

sailing questions
You can get in touch with the captain as soon as you've completed your booking.
A gulet always sails with her own crew, provided by the yacht's charter operator, not by Europe Yachts.
A gulet always sails with her own crew — usually a captain, a cook and a hostess or deckhand — provided by the yacht's charter operator, not by Europe Yachts. Any crew fee the operator charges is listed under Extras on this page.
Sailing, mooring, cooking and cleaning are the crew's job, so nobody in your group needs a sailing licence or any experience. You plan the days with the captain — which bays to swim in and where to spend the night — as the weather allows.
The preference list is a short questionnaire the crew uses to plan provisioning, menus and on-board service before you board. It captures food and drink preferences for each guest (favourites, dislikes, dietary restrictions, allergies), dietary patterns (vegetarian, halal, gluten-free), preferred wines and spirits, coffee/tea routines, and any special-occasion notes (anniversaries, birthdays during the charter).
Please collect responses from every member of your party — partners, kids, friends travelling with you — so the galley is stocked for everyone, not just the lead charterer. The booking manager sends the form approximately four weeks before embarkation; completed forms come back two weeks before the charter so the crew has time to source items the marina chandlery does not carry.
Three ways, all of which land in the same charter desk in Split:
- Online wizard — pick dates, country and crew size on the boat-finder. We come back inside a business day with a shortlist of three to five matched yachts.
- Phone or email — describe the trip in your own words to +385 91 300 0009 or info@europe-yachts.com. Most quotes go out the same afternoon.
- Direct yacht request — already saw a specific yacht on our site? Click "Request offer" on the boat page and the option lands with the charter agent who covers that base.
Once you choose a yacht we place a 24- to 72-hour hold while you confirm flights, crew list and any skipper paperwork. The boat is locked the moment the first instalment lands — 30%, 40% or 50% of the total depending on the partner's terms, or the full amount if the charter starts inside 60 days. Bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard/Amex both work; every payment is covered by Wiener Insurance Group at no extra cost.
Inside the first 72 hours after booking, you can still cancel free of charge — full refund, no questions asked.
Interested in Gulet Hemera? We'll send the offer.
Tell us your dates and group — a charter agent replies with a costed offer, charter agreement and the next available week, usually within the same business day.
